Plug Ins used:
Brush Strokes - Crosshatch

"Winter White" is a tagger size scrap kit created by Karen of Sweet Occassion Designs and can be purchased from Heartbeatz Creationz.  You can visit her blog here.  

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let's get started ~♥~

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Delete the top 5 layers.
Open up the background layer.

Highlight 1.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Clock 2 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight 2.
Copy and paste Frame 3 as a new layer.
Free rotate Right 10 degrees.
Move into position over the template layer.
Click inside the frame with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 8 Into Selection.
Apply Brush Strokes - Crosshatch:
Stroke Length: 31
Sharpness: 5
Strength: 1
OK
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight 3.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste Paper 12.
Resize 40% and move into a position you like over the template layer.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Highlight 4.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 10 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.

Highlight 5.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Ribbon 3 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight 6.
Repeat the above step.

Highlight 7.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste Paper 6.
Resize 40%
Move into a position you like over the template layer.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.

Highlight 8.
Repeat the above step.

Highlight 9.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Ribbon 4 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight 10.
Repeat the above step.

Highlight 11.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selection.
Apply Brush Strokes - Crosshatch - use same settings.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Move into position over the paper layer.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Copy and paste Element 3 as a new layer.
Resize 50%
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Color Pallet:
Foregorund: #000000
Background: #7b7266

Highlight 12.
Make your Color Replacer Tool active and double right click on the dotted circle.

Add your elements.  I used:
Element 8:  Resize 40%/Duplicate
Element 9:  Resize 25%/Free rotate Left 90 degrees/Duplicate
Owl 1:  Resize 15%
Floral Arrangement 1:  Resize 60%
Floral Arrangement 2:  Resize 30%
3wm:  Resize 30%/Duplicate

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 11 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your credits.

Type your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: #6f675b  
Background: #7b7266
Stroke: 1

Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.

Save your tag.

Whimsical Wonderland

Supplies

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Delete the top 12 layers and White Hearts layer.

Highlight Left Brown Rectangle layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 4 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give the paper a slight Inner Bevel:

Highlight Right Brown Rectangle layer.
Repeat the above step.

Highlight Top Rust Rectangle layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.

Highlight Bottom Rust Rectangle layer.
Repeat the above step.

Highlight Blue Oval layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Highlight Brown Circles layer.
Click on them with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Duplicate
Apply Brush Strokes - Crosshatch:
Stroke Length: 32
Sharness: 6
Strength: 1
OK
Merge Down.
Deselect.

Highlight Rust Strip layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.

Highlight Creme Squares layer.
Click on them with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 8 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Center Brown Circle layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 9 Into Selection.
Copy and paste Tree 01 as a new layer.
Resize 17%
Move into position - see my tag for reference.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Highlight the larger Oval paper layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight your tube layer.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Open up Birdhouse element.
Use your Selection Tool set on Point to Point and section off the snow mound at the bottom of the element.
Copy
Make your working canvas active and paste as a new layer.
Resize 30%
Duplicate
Move each snow layer into position at the bottom of each of the little squares - we'll come back to these layers to clean up what overhangs the squares.
Copy and paste Tree 01 as a new layer.
Resize 5%
Duplicate
Move each tree into position over a square.
Copy and paste Snowman as a new layer.
Resize 20%
Move into position over the left square paper - see my tag for reference.
Copy and paste Horse as a new layer.
Resize 6%
Move into position over the right square layer.
Highlight the square paper layer.
Click anywhere outside of them with your Magic Wand.
Highlight each snow and element layer and tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Copy and paste Candy Cane frame as a new layer.
Resize 17%
Duplicate
Move each frame into position - see my tag for reference.

Add your elements.  I used:
Ribbon 02:  Resize 45%/Duplicate
Bow 02:  Resize 25%
Gift box:  Resize 30%
Deer:  Resize 30%
Lanter:  Resize 45%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Resize 115%
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Color Pallet:
Foreground: #4cbbb5
Background: #d15176
Stroke: 1

Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.

Wonderland


Supplies

Animation Shop

"Happy Holi-Christmas" is a tagger size scrap kit created by Melissa of P&A Designs and can be purchased from TKO Scraps.  You can visit her blog here.  

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let's get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste 28 as a new layer.

Copy and paste the following elements as new layers - see my tag for placement.  Don't worry about whatoverhangs the globe.  We'll clean that up in a bit -
58:  Duplicate/Mirror/Move it up slightly higher than the other layer.
29:  Resize 70%/Change the Properties to Overlay
29 again:  Resize 50%/Duplicate/Mirror

We'll take care of the mess in a bit.

Open up the snow that I provided.
Highlight and Copy Frame 10.
Highlight your working canvas.
Paste as a New layer just above the paper layer.
Rename Snow 10

Back to the snow layers.
Highlight and Copy Frame 9.
Highlight your working canvas.
Paste as a new layer (just over Snow 10 layer)
Rename Snow 9

Repeat the above steps until you have all 10 snow layers pasted on your working canvas.

What a mess!  Time to clean it up.
Make your Selection Tool active set on Point to Point.
Trace just inside the glass part of the globe.
Selections/Invert
Highlight each layer above the snow globe and tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Close out each of the snow element layers (the elements from the kit, not the snow that I provide
Make your Selection Tool active again, still using it set on Point to Point.
Trace around the wood base of the globe.
Selections/Invert
Re-open up each snow element from the kit and tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Close out all snow layers but keep Snow 1 layer open.

Highlight your white canvas.
Make your Selection Tool active set on Rectangle.
Make a rectangle approximately 325 x 490 pixels.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selection.
Apply Brush Strokes - Crosshatch:
Stroke Length: 32
Sharpness: 6
Strength: 2
OK

New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Seleciton.
Apply the same Brush Stroke effect.
Deselect.

To each paper layer apply a slight Inner Bevel:

Move each paper into position - see my tag for reference.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Add your elements. I used:
40: Resize 35%
31:  Resize 70%
35:  Resize 50%
8:  Resize 10%
22
41:  Resize 40%/Free rotate Left 30 degrees

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Resize 105%
OK

Add your credits.

Type your name.
Color Pallet
Foreground:  Gradient/Metal Brass
Style: Linear
Angl3: 51
Repeat: 2
Background: #183b1b
Stroke: 2

Type your name.
Conver to Raster layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Apply a slight Inner Bevel:

Copy Merge.

~Time to Animate~

Open up Animation Shop.
Edit/Paste/As New Animation.

Back in PSP.
Close out Snow 1.
Open up Snow 2.
Copy Merge.

Carry into AS.
Edit/Paste/After Current Frame.

Back in PSP.
Close out Snow 2.
Open up Snow 3.
Copy Merge

Carry Into AS.
Edit/Paste/After Current Frame.

Continue copy merge and carrying each into AS until you have copied and pasted all 10 frames in AS.

View your animation.
If you're happy then resize:
Animate/Resize Animation:
Pixel Size checked
Width: 500
OK

View your animation again.
If you're happy then save.

Santa's Gifts


Supplies

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Image/Canvas Size:
700 x 700
OK
Highlight the background layer and flood fill white.
Delete the credit layer and Raster  layer.

Copy and paste Wareframe as a new layer.
Resize 45%
Duplicate the frame 2x's for a total of 3.
Move one of the frame above Raster 9 and then delete Raster 9 and Raster 8.
Move another frame above Raster above Raster 4 layer and then delete Raster 4 and Raster 3.
Move the third frame above Raster 2 layer and then delete Raster 2 and Raster 1 layer.

To each frame:
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 16 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer below the Right frame.
If you're using the same tube as I did, resize 70%.
Highlight the paper layer below the tube.
Click your Magic Wand anywhere outside of the paper.
Highlight the tube layer.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Repeat the above step with the top Left frame.
If you're using the same tube as I did don't resize it.

Highlight Raster 5 later.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 11 Into Selection.
Apply Brush Strokes - Crosshatch:
Stroke Length: 32
Sharpness: 6
Strength: 1
OK
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Raster 6 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 5 Into Selection.
Effects/Texture Effects/Mosaic Antique -
Use Default Settings
Deselect.
Apply Brush Strokes - Crosshatch -
Use same settings.
Delete the template layer.

Add the rest of your elements.  I used:
Lights:  Resize 10% and 80%
Ribbons:  Resize 50%/Free rotate Right 5 degrees
bells:  Resize 20%
Bellss:  Resize 25%
Ball Brocade Xmas:  Resize 55%/Duplicate
Bag:  Resize 35%
Velvet Pony:  Resize 40% and 90%/Mirror
Candy Cat:  Resize 35%/Mirror
Candy Boot:  Resize 30%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 11 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Resize 105%
Merge Group.
Position it a little better behind the frames.

Add your copyrights.

Color Pallet:
Foreground: #c3241d
Background: #371b0f
Stroke: 1.0

Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
